Retiring or already retired

Some say that retirement is the longest holiday you will take. While there’s plenty to look forward to about a long holiday, it’s also an expense that needs careful planning.

Just as there are many ways to enjoy a holiday, so there are many ways to enjoy your retirement.

Our role is to help you establish how you want to spend your time once work is no longer a permanent fixture, and then, once we’ve established that, help you work out whether your finances will support those plans. In doing so, we can bring your money and your life together in one holistic plan.

Whether you are already retired, or still a few years off, making a plan will allow you to live without fear of running out of money. And, if we discover a shortfall between your plans and your pension pot, we will help find solutions so that you can reach your goals.

Retirement is a big and sometimes daunting step to take. We make the transition smoother by helping you prepare for all the changes you will experience in your life and your finances.

We’ll tell you when you can afford to retire and help you work out a plan to make it happen as soon as possible, so you don’t need to work a day longer than is necessary – if that’s what you want.

If you’d like to carry on working in some capacity but want to slow down and make adjustments to your work-life balance, we’ll help you build a plan to ease into retirement gently and gradually.

Whatever your plans, we’ll help you gain clarity over what lies ahead and a financial roadmap that ensures you can achieve your goals while keeping financial security.
