Where are meetings held?
Meetings are client’s homes or place of work. Initial meetings can be by Zoom if required.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No, we offer an initial discussion without obligation or cost, to see if there is a fit between us and we are what you are looking for. It is only after that initial meeting, when we have our full discovery meeting that we charge. At this point, we start working on your financial plan.
What do I need to bring to my discovery meeting?
Usually just your financial details and an open mind! We will provide you with a list of useful information and documents to save you time going through everything.
How long should I allow for a discovery meeting?
We find from experience that you will need to allow around two hours for the discovery meeting. That’s because we take a really thorough approach. You’ll find there is a lot you will want to talk about!
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial discussion?
No, not at all. We encourage an initial discussion without obligation as the starting point. That’s because we cannot help everyone and our service may not be appropriate for you. If this is the case, we would confirm this with you and in every case, give you time if you wish to think over your options.
